Positioned as the sole Residential Property Manager for Cornerstone Partners, Nicki manages the company’s residential portfolio with skill & passion. She understands it’s a 24/7 role & appreciates how every day presents new challenges that she finds solutions too with a positive outcome.

Nicki has been involved with property for many years having been a private landlord & worked for a local management company before joining Cornerstone Partners. Her experience & knowledge of the industry means that she’s been able to hone her skills when accepting the right tenants, communicates well with trade contractors & understands the Residential Tenancy Act.

In her free moments, Nicki enjoys getting out into fresh air & can be found taking walks around her local area or being in nature. When at home, she’s rustling up delicious meals for friends & family, enjoying a good book or listening to her epic playlist.
